Due to the large array of chain types and lengths we require a certain amount of information to make sure you get the right chain for your saw.  As we specialise in Stihl chainsaws we are only able to supply chains for any of the Stihl models NOT FOR ANY OTHER MAKES OF SAW.

The only way we can match a chain on another make of saw is if you know the exact type and link count you have. Please see our chain help section for more information on chain identification and how to work out what type of chain you have.

How do I find out the number of drive links are on my chain?

On your Stihl guide bar near the exit point of the saw you will see some information stamped into the bar. There will be a number next to a picture of a drive link, this number (eg 56) is the number of drive links for that bar size. Click on the images for a larger view.
